We don't produce the whole order and ship it at once. For thousands of units, we stage production and ship in waves matching the order of district visits. A team with an agenda in District A this week doesn't wait on stock for District B that's only used next month. Tell us the total target and the agenda dates up front and we'll count backward and set the shipping waves.
We keep raincoat production capacity available year-round, including in the rainy season when demand peaks, so a large campaign order can still be met without a long queue.
Party Color, Candidate Photo, and Identity
For thousands of units, the raincoat body color can be made to the official party color, with accent on the hood or trim. Send the official color code as a reference. We keep color consistent across waves, so handouts in different districts look uniform with none coming out paler or darker.
For printing, a candidate photo, ballot number, and multi-color party logo are done with DTF, which reproduces a photo in detail. For a solid party-color design with few colors, print is cheaper at volume. Placement is usually the photo and ballot number on the back as the most visible space, party logo on the chest. We send a single-unit mock-up for the campaign team to approve before the first wave runs, so there's no wrong photo or wrong ballot number discovered only after thousands of units are made.

The per-unit price drops sharply at thousands of units, most efficient from 5000 pcs and up. Since a campaign needs wide distribution on an accountable budget, we suggest a sensible combination: economical PVC ponchos for mass handouts, with print that still reads cleanly.
