Can I order multiple products in one PO?

Yes, and we do this often for corporate programs. For example: uniform T-shirts (DTF line), event raincoats (PVC line), and giveaway umbrellas (umbrella line) in one PO with one invoice. Delivery can ship together or split by product to fit your timeline.

Is the workshop really in Cibinong, or is that just marketing?

Our physical workshop is at Jl. Animan No 03, Cikaret, Cibinong, Kab. Bogor 16914. You are welcome to visit in person, watch the production process, and pick up samples. Arrange a slot via WhatsApp. We receive visitors Monday through Sunday, 07:00-21:00.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI), QRIS, or cash on pickup at the workshop. For corporate programs with regular reorders, we offer contract arrangements with 30/60-day payment terms by written agreement.

Can you ship outside the city or outside Java?

We ship anywhere in Indonesia via your preferred courier (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Lion Parcel) for small volumes, or cargo trucking for large volumes and destinations outside Java. Pickup is also available for the Bogor-Jakarta area.
