Angga Print has been based in Cibinong, Bogor Regency since 2003. We started as a general screen-printing workshop doing community T-shirts, school uniforms, and local SME packaging. Over two decades, increasingly diverse customer demand pushed us to split production into more focused lines. The result is one physical workshop in Cibinong, run by one team, with five specialist brands. Each carries its own identity, target customer, and production standard.

From general screen printing to 5 specialist brands

Each sub-brand came out of recurring order patterns and customer needs that a single generalist line could not serve well.

Sablon Jas Hujan started around the 2010s when PVC raincoat orders for outdoor-event committees and motorcycle communities began arriving consistently. Screen printing on PVC is technically different from fabric apparel: the ink, curing temperature, and transfer method are all material-specific. A dedicated line lets us keep prints rain- and abrasion-resistant without slowing throughput on the apparel line.

Sablon DTF Bogor came in after Direct-to-Film technology matured commercially around 2020-2021. SME clothing brands and freelance designers needed single-piece T-shirt printing at production-grade quality, and manual screen printing could not offer that because of its minimum order quantities. DTF closed that gap: MOQ 1 pc, lead time 1-3 days, full-colour with no colour-count limit.

Sablon Karung grew from food and livestock customers who needed colour and text consistency across batches for distribution. Rice sacks, animal-feed bags, and agribusiness products have strict QC requirements. Pantone colour references must be accurate, text must be legible from a set distance, and inter-batch consistency is non-negotiable to avoid complaints from downstream retailers.

Sablon Payung developed from corporate giveaway and hotel welcome-pack demand. Promotional umbrellas sell steadily in the MICE sector, hospitality, and event activations. This line focuses on regular 21" umbrellas, folding models, and 30" golf umbrellas with UV-resistant printing that does not fade after repeated sun exposure.

Sablon Tenda answers the needs of EOs, exhibition organisers, and food-stall SMEs that need field-level branding. A tent is not merely shelter; it is a long-range branding medium that has to be visible from 10-20 metres. This line produces folding tents, event tents, and street-vendor tents with UV-resistant printing and clean finishing.

Workshop & team

Angga Print's physical workshop is at Jl. Animan No 03, Cikaret, Cibinong, Kab. Bogor 16914. Our facilities cover a multi-technique production setup: manual screen-printing tables (per-colour screens), roll-to-roll DTF machines, sublimation equipment, curing and finishing areas, and embroidery machines for patches and collared garments. Our team is 10+ people spread across lines: DTF machine operators, manual screen-printing specialists, per-batch quality-control staff, and packaging crew. Combined capacity across all lines reaches 50,000+ pcs per month under normal conditions, and we can add shifts for high-volume orders with defined lead times.

The workshop is open and receives visitors Monday-Sunday, 07:00-21:00. You can drop in without an appointment to see the production process and collect material or print samples.

Cross-product capabilities

A multi-line workshop can handle cross-product corporate programs within a single PO. A real example: a large EO client ordering committee uniform T-shirts (DTF line), raincoats for field marshals (PVC line), and umbrellas for sponsor booths (umbrella line), all on one invoice with one coordination point. Delivery can be a single shipment or split to match the client's timeline.

For distributors who reorder regularly, for example an animal-feed factory that prints sacks every month, we keep written Pantone references on file per client and run per-batch QC. Colour stays consistent without re-sending a brief with every order. Techniques we have mastered include manual screen printing (water-based and plastisol), DTF, sublimation, digital printing (UV flatbed and roll), and embroidery.

Our specialist brands

Sablon Jas Hujan is the custom PVC raincoat screen-printing line for event organisers, outdoor-activity committees, motorcycle communities, and ride-hailing partners. Core products are poncho and two-piece raincoats with one-to-three-colour screen printing using waterproof, abrasion-resistant PVC-based ink. MOQ 50 pcs, lead time 7-14 working days.

Sablon DTF Bogor serves SME clothing brands, freelance designers, and individuals who need quality T-shirt printing from even a single piece. Direct-to-Film printing produces full-colour designs with no colour-count limit and sharp results on cotton, CVC, and polyester. MOQ 1 pc, lead time 1-3 days.

Sablon Karung focuses on distribution sack printing for rice producers, animal-feed manufacturers, sugar brands, and other agribusiness operations. A batch-consistent workflow with written colour references per client makes every reorder come out identical. That matters for distribution labels that have to stay consistent throughout the supply chain.

Sablon Payung produces promotional umbrellas for corporate giveaways, hotel welcome packs, banks, insurance companies, and FMCG brands. Available in regular 21", two/three-fold, and 30" golf formats. UV-resistant printing keeps logos from fading even when umbrellas are used outdoors intensively.

Sablon Tenda manufactures folding tents, event tents, and street-vendor tents for EOs, trade fairs, food businesses, and outdoor retail. Tent branding uses UV-resistant material with clean stitching and an easy-to-assemble frame system. The target is brand visibility at 10-20 metres in busy outdoor settings.
