For club riders, a tour doesn't get called off just because the forecast says rain. Mountain routes and cross-province rides often run into rain mid-way, and that's where the right raincoat separates a group that stays together from one that scatters looking for shelter. A club raincoat is also about identity: matching colors and emblems make a group look tight on the road and in meetup photos. We've handled custom raincoat printing for motorcycle clubs since 2003, and this page is about that.
Touring-Grade Taslan
Long-distance touring demands material a class above an event giveaway raincoat. At speed, a thin raincoat flaps, tears at the seams, and lets water in through the gaps. For motorcycle clubs we recommend double-layer taslan with waterproof coating.
Taslan holds up to wind and rain at speed, doesn't tear easily, and stays comfortable through hours on the bike without trapping too much heat. For clubs that tour across provinces regularly, this is a sensible investment over a promotional raincoat that's gone in one season.
A few features relevant to riders: sleeve flaps that block spray from the wheel, a drawstring hood so it doesn't slip over the helmet, tight zippers, and wrist velcro so water doesn't get in through the sleeves. During consultation we're honest if a feature isn't really needed for your club's touring style, so the budget hits the mark.
A Free Club Design
For a motorcycle community, the back carries the identity. A big club logo or emblem there is what other members in the group and people on the road see. For a detailed, multi-color emblem, we use DTF, which reproduces gradients and fine lines without breaking up. For a solid one-to-three-color logo, print is cheaper at member volume.
A club design usually doesn't stop at the back. There's the club name on the chest, chapter or region on the sleeve, sometimes the founding year or motto along the bottom. Send your design file, we arrange the layout across back, chest, and sleeves, then make a mock-up for the committee to approve before the full package runs. If the club doesn't have a print-ready file, our design team can clean it up from a sketch.
Member Packages and Personalization
Community pricing applies when the club orders as a package for members, and the per-unit price drops as the count rises. We help build the member package, and if the club wants, each raincoat gets its own member name or registration number. Besides preventing mix-ups on a group ride, it reinforces the sense of membership.
Send the list of names and numbers in one Excel or Sheets file, we lay them out consistently across every unit, make a single-unit mock-up for approval, then run production. For clubs pooling money, we're flexible on staged payment and pickup, for instance collected together at a meetup to save on shipping.
Final pricing depends on material, unit count, and the complexity of the design plus personalization. We send the breakdown within a day of receiving complete specs.
