Fabrics & Materials We Use
Children's skin is more sensitive than adult skin, so fabric selection is the most critical aspect. We only use materials proven comfortable for kids.
- Cotton Combed 30s. The most popular choice for everyday kids t-shirts: lightweight, breathable, soft against the skin, and good at absorbing moisture. GSM around 140-160 gr/m², ideal for tropical climates.
- Cotton Combed 24s. Slightly thicker (GSM 180-200 gr/m²), more durable for uniforms washed frequently or worn during heavy activity. Still cool and comfortable, with a structure that resists stretching.
- Cotton Bamboo. A premium fabric spun from bamboo fibers, extra soft and hypoallergenic. Our top recommendation for children with ultra-sensitive skin, mild eczema, or allergy history.

3. Kid-Safe Plastisol Printing. Results are solid, smoothly glossy, and withstand dozens of wash cycles.
4. Sublimation Print. A heat transfer technique on polyester or dry-fit fabric. Highly suitable for kids sports shirts with full-body motifs, gradients, or all-over designs. Results do not thicken on the fabric surface and remain cool to wear.
