Fabrics & Materials We Use
Fabric choice determines the visual impact, durability, and price-to-quality ratio of your flags. We offer several proven fabric options for a variety of installation conditions.
- Tissue Polyester (Lightweight). The most economical choice for mass production. Suitable for short-term use (1-3 months) or single-use event flags in large quantities. Lightweight, waves in minimal wind, and friendly to wholesale budgets.
- Premium Polyester (Hero / Hilton). The go-to fabric for flags that stay up longer outdoors. Thick, tear-resistant, with colors that stay vivid even after months of sun. Ideal for corporate, government, and school flags.
- Satin Polyester. Smooth surface with a soft sheen. Ideal for indoor flags, meeting rooms, official stages, or honor flags. The feel is formal and elegant.
- Polyester Mesh. Fine perforations let wind pass through. The best choice for large flags in high-wind locations because it cuts the risk of tears and pole damage.
- Drill Fabric. Thick and sturdy. Perfect for pride flags permanently installed in building lobbies, main office spaces, or parade grounds.
- Tetoron (TC) Fabric. A cotton-polyester blend with a soft texture. Suitable for indoor flags that need a clean look at a mid-range price.

Printing Techniques Available
No single technique fits every need. Here are the three main techniques we use for flag printing, with guidance on when each is most effective.
1. Manual Screen Printing. A classic technique whose strength is bold, lasting solid colors. Most efficient for large quantities with 1-4 color designs. The ideal pick when your brand logo or organizational emblem is dominated by strong color blocks and you want a distinctive visual character.
2. Sublimation Printing. A heat-based ink transfer onto polyester fabric. The ink bonds into the fibers rather than sitting on the surface, so the result is smooth and gradients look natural. 3. Direct Digital Printing. For small quantities with complex designs and tight deadlines, direct digital printing on fabric offers maximum flexibility. Ideal for honor flags, samples, prototypes, or one-off custom orders with high detail.
